The SnoreLab app cannot be considered a complete cure for snoring. Actually, this app only intends to give an idea about your snoring problem and help you look for an appropriate solution to get a sound and peaceful sleep.
The Snore Score is the unique approach to measure the frequency and intensity of your snore. The app doesn't just report back a few volume readings; instead, it also checks those different volumes and the extent of each level.
The average Snore Score can be regarded as 25. If you are scoring above 50, then you will be added to the "bad snoring" category. But if it's more than 100, you definitely need to look into the right solutions! It would be better if you don't compare yourself to others, as every person has a unique snore score. We think that a Snore Score of 10 or under would be good as it won't disturb your sleep.
